Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed and unworn items with all original tags attached back into the reusable Ninepine shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
